1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products purchased on clearance or during special sales.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed as follows:
