1. Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver to all regions across Bangladesh.
- For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order. This will allow us to confirm availability and provide a shipping estimate based on your location.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Expedited Delivery: Available upon request, with delivery expected within up to 7 business days.
- City Areas: Faster delivery times are available for city locations. Orders in city areas may arrive within 1-2 business days.
- Local/Remote Areas: Delivery to more remote areas may take slightly longer, generally around 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping partners include:
- Sundarban
- Pathao e-courier
- Other Local Couriers (chosen for better service based on location)
We continually review and may adjust our shipping partners to provide the best delivery experience for our customers.
4. Shipping Costs
- City Area: Delivery within city areas costs 60 BDT.
- Local/Remote Areas: Delivery to local or remote regions costs 120 BDT.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 5,000 BDT.
- Special Offers: During promotional periods, shipping costs may be further reduced.
- Shipping Adjustment: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the items.
5. Order Processing Time
- We process orders within a few minutes to 6 hours of receiving them. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.
- Once processed, your order will be handed over to the selected courier for delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Track Your Order: Simply log in to your account on our website, navigate to the “My Orders” section, and track your shipment directly.
7. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Deliveries: If there is a delay in delivering your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You have the option to cancel the order if the delay is inconvenient.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please contact our support team. We will ensure that you are fully refunded or provide a replacement.
- Damaged Orders: If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately at our support number. We cannot accept damage claims if notified after a delay once the product is delivered.
